Customer Service Representative

The primary function of this position is to proactively manage the customer RMA process to ensure timely and efficient completion. Key responsibilities include entering RMA orders, processing customer returns, and coordinating with the Operations RMA team to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, this role involves providing world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and managing customer and equipment data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and response time
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Work with external and internal customers to coordinate information and resolve issues
- Effectively manage workload to meet customer expectations and organizational goals
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes
- Timely process transactions and respond to customer inquiries
- Follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records
- De-escalate customer situations to achieve first call resolution
- Accurately use systems and databases to manage customer equipment and respond to customer requests
- Record customer product quality complaints and forward to the quality department for further documentation and processing
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations.
Minimum Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-related field
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of contact center experience
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
- Experience utilizing SAP
The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
$24.80 per hour
