LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become part of their Specimen Processing and Accessioning team. This role will involve clinical specimen accessioning, sample organization, and data management in a dynamic, high-volume setting located at one of our client facilities.

Work Schedule: The anticipated work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note that hours and location may be subject to change based on operational requirements and management directives.

Work Location: This position is based in a client facility.

Benefits: Employment offers will be contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing Communicate effectively with client office personnel Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to customer service and specimens Achieve departmental activity and production targets Accurately enter patient information in a timely manner Properly identify and label specimens Package and ship specimens to designated testing facilities Review requisitions to ensure samples are correctly prepared and any missing items are addressed Perform spinning, freezing, splitting, and other specialized services as required by clients

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred (laboratory, accessioning, production, manufacturing, warehouse, medical, or healthcare environment) Previous experience in a medical or patient-facing healthcare role is advantageous Comfortable handling biological specimens Ability to accurately identify specimens Experience working collaboratively in a team setting Strong data entry and organizational skills High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to pass a standardized color vision test
