Alliance Aviation Services is a leading Fixed Based Operation (FBO) located at Fort Worth Alliance Airport. We provide world-class service and state-of-the-art facilities to pilots, passengers, and military personnel.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to perform customer service and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping and general accounting functions

• Obtain aircraft for airshows

• Assist with race events

• Greet and assist customers/clients

• Maintain a presentable interior facility

• Answer incoming calls

• Monitor hangar aircraft

• Oversee petty cash drawer

• Process fuel sales and military receipts

• Maintain crew car book for Hertz

• Enter customer information into FBO Manager

• Assist customers with travel accommodations

• Place catering orders and pick up

• Organize and file documents and reports

• Prepare outgoing correspondence

• Purchase supplies needed for the kitchen

• Stock refrigerator and coffee bar

• Check-in and clean crew cars

• Coordinate charter arrangements or inquiries

• Contact vendors with problems within the office

• Assist in training new CSR

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in MS Office

• Strong communication skills

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Customer Service experience required

• General Accounting knowledge needed

• Prior audit experience
