Investment Sales Senior Analyst

As a CBRE Investment Sales Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing business and negotiating the sale, leasing, and marketing of large and high-profile commercial real estate properties for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare valuation analysis, due diligence, and market research for senior living sale and/or refinance opportunities, including detailed financial models, valuations, sale comparables, and replacement cost analysis.
- Conduct ongoing market research to remain current on market trends.
- Adhere to CBRE Senior Housing team processes and procedures to maintain top brand within the industry.
- Manage the CBRE Senior Housing transaction process on deals during the marketing and sale process phases, coordinating between ownership/sellers, joint venture partners, operators, third-party contractors, and internal resources.
- Prepare internal and external investment presentations and memorandums that accurately explain a sale valuation or refinance opportunity, including market research, business plan, and financial analysis.
- Travel to markets to perform market studies, buyer tours, and conduct market research.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate Salesperson license preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment and meet target deadlines.
- Deep understanding of financial concepts, including IRR, ROI, and the ability to apply that in an Excel model, including complex equity waterfalls and various investment structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software applications and advanced level of Excel skills required.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with outstanding organization skills.
- Either investment, investment banking, private equity experience required, real estate experience required, healthcare experience preferred.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
