- Carry out price quoting, purchasing, returned goods tracking, customer complaints, and reporting to support sales.
- Continuously improve and streamline order processing to reduce cycle times, decrease costs, and improve margins.
- Generate orders for production, track, and follow their progress, communicating with customers.
- Provide information and answer questions from outside sales reps and customers.
- Recommend products to meet customer requirements.
- Complete all required reports, forecasts, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Expand knowledge of products, applications, markets, and competitive advantages to add value to the position.
- Participate in all required training programs, sales meetings, and events.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- 2+ years' experience in the customer service field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive compensation range of $50,000-$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Paid Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision, and retirement plan available.
