About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our wireless, TV, and internet products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, including wireless sales
  • Ensure a great customer experience through product demonstrations and education
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all TV, internet, and wireless products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features for Spectrum and our competitors
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sales experience and knowledge of latest technology and devices preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and lift up to 35 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and ability to wear a required uniform
