  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain operational efficiency by managing personnel, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Focus: Serve as a liaison for both external and internal customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
  • Highly motivated with a minimum of five years of systematic sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales management, with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Knowledge of home remodeling or construction preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
