  • This role is 80% administrative and 20% clinical, with flexibility to negotiate.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and execution of the local strategic operating plan, including pillar initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hospital leaders to achieve the Aspirus Health strategic operation plan.
  • Engage in quality and patient safety initiatives with system, medical group, hospital, and clinic leadership.
  • Lead change management within the organization.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage daily concerns.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to increase efficiency and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Clinic Director and hospital administration to oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a liaison between Aspirus Medical Group and private practices.

Requirements

  • MD/DO/DPM Degree and completion of a residency program in the United States.
  • 3-5 years of clinical and leadership experience preferred.
