WHAT WILL MY RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

This position entails:
  • Promoting and setting up display modules and special offers.
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with fellow store and warehouse team members on various tasks.
  • Restocking merchandise and assisting with inventory management.
  • Potential training and certification for forklift operation and propane filling (age permitting).
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role will involve:
  • Working in both an indoor store environment and outdoors to assist with customer needs, such as deliveries and pickups.

For this position, we prefer candidates who possess:
  • No specific educational or professional experience requirements.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays as scheduled.
  • Preferred six months of experience in a retail setting, providing customer service and operating point of sale systems.
  • Preferred knowledge or hands-on experience in farming, agriculture, animal health, or related fields.
  • A passion for assisting cooperative customers in overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to work safely while operating equipment and assisting customers.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and collaborate with other divisions within EverGRO.
