Job Title: Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Northern Hotels Group LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the work of all employees and set clear objectives to drive performance and productivity.
  • Hire and train qualified personnel to meet the needs of our hotel.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our hotel's services and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, analyzing financial information to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers, vendors, and travel agencies, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager with a reputable hospitality brand.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
