Business Development Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our Premier Client Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their business formation needs, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of business products and services is a must, and experience using Microsoft products is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with their business formation needs
• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, email, and other communication channels
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for our Corporate Coaches
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and daily activities
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months of related work experience
• Experience using Microsoft products (Outlook, MS Word, Excel)
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication skills
