**Job Description: Customer Service Representative**

As a Customer Service Representative at Regal Car Sales and Credit, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers throughout their vehicle selection process. Your key duties will include:

* Building and maintaining open, honest, and timely communication with customers via various channels (phone, text, email, in-person)
* Demonstrating excellent phone skills and providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting customers with the application and qualification processes
* Communicating vehicle purchase requirements to customers
* Maintaining an active customer database within our company-wide CRM software
* Attending to follow-ups, scheduling customer appointments, and responding to electronic leads as needed
* Demonstrating excellent face-to-face communication skills
* Maintaining necessary paperwork for customers
* Maintaining a good driving record
