Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an ODP Customer Service Representative at City National Bank. As a key member of our Overdraft Protection department, you will be responsible for determining customer eligibility for Overdraft Protection on their accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process new and pending Overdraft Protection applications, ensuring all necessary information is documented
  • Document all relevant account information and process corresponding letters
  • Process increase, decrease, and pending reports, as well as all corresponding mail
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, making decisions in accordance with bank policies and regulations
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent, plus 1 year of customer service experience; 1 year of office/administrative experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Physical Demands
  • Constant use of computer screens
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
  • Close vision and ability to adjust focus
