We are seeking a skilled Claims Relationship Manager to join our team at Zurich North America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, brokers, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with underwriting teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to promote claims value-added services.
- Research and respond to claims service needs of prospective and current customers by developing and delivering claims services marketing presentations and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with business partners to deliver meaningful stewardship meetings with customers, providing benchmark and trending analysis to demonstrate the impact of Zurich claims services on customers' overall loss costs.
- Increase customer satisfaction and retention by building lasting relationships with our customers' risk managers and brokers.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of workers compensation and commercial liability business lines and claims.
- Customer service experience.
- Preferred qualifications include previous technical claims handling experience, sales or business development skills, and experience with win-win negotiating strategies.
