Position Overview:


As a Global Tax Supervisor, you will manage a diverse portfolio of domestic and international entities, centralizing the tax function across the organization.

This role involves overseeing compliance with both domestic and international income tax regulations, as well as managing transactional and property tax obligations.

Expertise in US GAAP for consolidated and separate entities, along with SOX risk management and transfer pricing for international dealings, is essential.



Your Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review consolidated income tax accruals for quarterly and annual SEC filings (10Q and 10K).
  • Assist in drafting quarterly and annual tax footnotes for financial statements and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation requirements.
  • Manage the operation of the OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) software for calculating income tax accruals.
  • Maintain G/L income tax accrual accounts across the organization, collaborating with local finance teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in coordination with divisional teams.

Income Tax Compliance:
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual U.S. Federal and State income tax returns.
  • Monitor international income tax filings and prepare reconciliations for U.S. GAAP.
  • Assist with audits related to U.S. federal, state, local, and international income tax and transfer pricing.

Additional Duties:
Oversee domestic Sales & Use and Property Tax filings, manage audits, and streamline tax processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of relevant financial and tax experience
CPA license preferred
Experience with OTP and NetSuite is advantageous.
