Strategic Social Media Manager at Aonic

As the Social Media Manager at Aonic, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's online presence and driving brand awareness across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances our brand's visibility, engagement, and community growth.

  1. Content Creation and Curation: Develop compelling content that aligns with Aonic's brand mission and messaging, including social media posts, videos, and stories. Collaborate with our Product team to produce cohesive visual assets that match our aesthetic.
  2. Influencer Partnerships and Management: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators that align with Aonic's brand values. Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, content planning, and tracking performance.
  3. Community Engagement and Management: Engage actively with Aonic's online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive brand presence and building lasting relationships with our audience.
  4. Analytics and Growth: Set clear objectives for social media performance, track KPIs (such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics), and analyze content performance. Use data to inform future content strategies and optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  5. Trendspotting and Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the health, wellness, and tech spaces. Identify and share key trends internally, turning insights into actionable opportunities that strengthen Aonic's position as a forward-thinking brand.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of growing a brand following on social media platforms.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing influencer partnerships and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write, edit, and produce visual content that aligns with Aonic's brand.
  • Exceptional writing skills and a keen visual eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to stay on top of social media algorithms, platform changes, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, including video editing software and graphic design platforms.
  • Experience in the wellness or tech industry is preferred.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
