Position Overview
JobsRUs is in search of a dedicated Brokerage Operations Specialist to support our client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on membership and compliance matters related to state regulations and industry standards.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a designated market region.
  • Oversee the management of Participant & Subscriber licensees, ensuring compliance with MLS and Association memberships, including:
    • Reviewing and advising on compliance requirements.
    • Preparing and submitting applications and necessary documentation accurately.
    • Assisting with payment processing and reconciling expenses linked to applications and renewals.
    • Facilitating documentation signings during onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Analyze and rectify discrepancies in membership records and external rosters to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain and update licensing records in Compliance Management Systems (CMS) such as Workday, Airtable, and Smartsheet.
  • Process inbound communications from brokerages, utilizing a network of internal and external partners to manage and analyze these communications.
  • Coordinate consistent communications and reminders regarding membership updates and renewals.
  • Handle listing and member violation notices, ensuring timely payment of applicable fines.
  • Collaborate with the Brokerage Operations/RREO/Legal team to address compliance issues and maintain adherence to MLS and Association standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in a clerical or administrative role.
- Experience in real estate or familiarity with MLS processes is preferred.
- Strong organizational and computer skills are essential.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe, and Docusign.
- Familiarity with Notepad, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Airtable is advantageous.

Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively (1-2 years experience).
- Experience in creating and managing spreadsheets (1-2 years experience).
