Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Architectural Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with experience working with large project teams and government agencies.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are met and completed on time and within budget. This includes leading project teams, coordinating with outside subconsultants, and managing project schedules and budgets.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with 12+ years of experience in project management. They will also have strong technical design and construction document skills, as well as excellent graphic presentation skills. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, is also required.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications. LaBella Associates offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k plan, and paid time off.
