About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Delivery Analyst to join our BCG X Retail Catalyst team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering, implementing, and supporting our client-facing retail software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain retail data models to deliver superior value and sustained impact for our clients.
  • Run client deployments, including tool configuration, development, and deployment support as a data analytics expert.
  • Collaborate with BCG case teams, client business users, and IT teams to enable them to roll out, operate, monitor, and maintain the application.
  • Develop and implement application user guides and other application-related materials.
  • Document, track, and monitor application bugs, problems, and issues to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in all things data and analytics, including data sourcing, wrangling, troubleshooting, visualization, etc.
  • Experience in deploying data/software applications, end-user support, or related activities.
  • Strong skills in interpreting/engineering data and generating business insights from data using SQL.
  • Proficiency in data transformation and management tools such as Alteryx, DataIKU, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Data visualization tools and techniques using Tableau and PowerBI, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Python, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
