Solutions & Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions & Delivery Expert to join our team at Hirewell. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales and customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate SaaS products to prospects, explaining features and benefits tailored to their specific business needs.
- Assist Account Executives across the sales cycle and help win deals.
- Collaborate closely with prospects to gather detailed requirements to design a solution that meets the prospect's unique business requirements and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans tailored to each client's needs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead the implementation process, ensuring successful kickoffs, aligning with customer goals, and executing a seamless integration with existing systems.
- Configure the software according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation process, including software developers and QA analysts.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Once implemented, onboard customers and facilitate user training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in adopting and utilizing the software's features and functionalities.
- Proven experience in software sales, customer onboarding, and support.
- Proven experience in software implementation, preferably within the SaaS industry and specifically working with manufacturers and distributors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes, including inventory management, supply chain operations, and production workflows.
- Technical proficiency in software configuration, database management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or related enterprise software solutions is desirable.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is not required but a plus.
