Job Description

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing quality guest service and leading the Front Office operations. You will supervise a team of employees, create and post schedules, coach and counsel employees, and ensure that all operational supplies are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Develop and implement effective schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to employees to enhance their performance and address any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance, attendance, and training.
  • Ensure that all operational supplies are ordered and maintained in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service, ensuring that all employees are providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
