Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including rent collection and move-out condition assessments.
- Assist with leasing responsibilities, including leasing apartments and inspecting make-ready apartments prior to move-in.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Leasing team to market and promote the property, and participate in resident retention efforts.
- Organize and participate in community events to foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience working on-site in a property management or leasing role.
- Excellent organizational and verbal skills, with the ability to interact with residents and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately maintain financial records and perform calculations.
- A strong, empathetic nature and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
