POSITION SUMMARY:
The Electrical Systems Technician is tasked with aiding initiatives that enhance client control systems and manufacturing processes to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), implement new machinery, and/or deliver urgent support to diagnose and rectify client issues promptly. This role involves constructing tailored control panels utilized in various control systems and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble control panels based on engineering and electrical schematics.
- Perform localized wiring of control panels and devices on machinery.
- Assist Controls Engineer and Project Engineers with diverse tasks and projects.
- Support on-site installations alongside Controls Engineer and Project Engineers.
- Provide troubleshooting and repair assistance on the manufacturing floor.
The responsibilities listed above encompass, but are not limited to, the following sub-tasks:
· Work will be divided between in-house/shop floor and client locations to execute assignments and ensure client satisfaction.

Education and Experience:
· Associate's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, coupled with three years of relevant experience, or five years of experience in a related field.
· Previous roles requiring direct client interaction to resolve issues are preferred.
· Proficient in CAD software.
· Skilled in electrical troubleshooting.
· Basic understanding of PLC/HMI programming and motion control.
· Familiarity with control panel design and layout.
