**Job Summary**

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, and for managing customer relationships through various communication channels. This role requires a professional and courteous demeanor when handling consumer inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide fast and accurate transactional support for consumer direct orders, including order entry, account maintenance, delivery tracking, and returns processing.

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of tools and technology used to perform daily tasks, including SAP order processing, SAP Cloud 4 Customer (CRM) technology, and various web applications.

• Accountable for meeting key factors in areas such as service and phone etiquette.

• Relay product information to consumers while adhering to required legal and regulatory instructions and limitations.

• Maintain team environment through flexibility and positive attitude.

• Maintain pricing, discounting, and promotion knowledge across all channels to service consumers accurately and efficiently.

• Thoroughly document consumer contacts, including interactions, feedback, and questions, in the CRM tool.

• Maintain expert knowledge of Natures Way brands products and make skillful use of tools and resources to research and respond to consumer inquiries.

• Cross-train to provide backup support to the Business CSR Team, Receptionist, and other Business Units as assigned.

**COVID-19 Mitigation Efforts**

Natures Way requires that all candidates and visitors provide proof of COVID-19 status before coming on site. This includes providing a fully completed COVID-19 vaccination card or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within seven calendar days of the on-site visit. All visitors will be required to answer a set of questions through our visitor registration system before entering the facilities.
