We are currently seeking a full-time Youth and Family Specialist to join our SELF (Support, Education, Life Skills, and Family) program, which serves the Brown County area. This role involves delivering hands-on support and supervision, facilitating skill-building activities, providing life skills education, and offering parenting guidance and recreational opportunities to adults, families, and at-risk youth in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

The position requires flexibility, as service hours may vary to accommodate client needs, including some evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of family dynamics, issues of abuse and neglect, and social challenges. We seek individuals who are committed to family support principles and demonstrate a culturally competent, non-judgmental approach.

Qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth is essential. Additionally, candidates must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License, reliable transportation, appropriate auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
