Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Program Support Specialist to provide administrative and program support for the Impact MBA program, and to faculty and staff within the Department of Accounting & Finance, the Department of Business Administration, and the Cofrin School of Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule logistics and secure resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations
- Provide primary point of contact for individuals and groups, offering organizational information via various communication mediums
- Prepare and audit complex records, including department/program budgets, edit documents, and review work done by others
- Develop, send, receive, copy, and distribute communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic/physical records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures
Requirements:
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- H.S. Diploma
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use specialized software packages, database, spreadsheet, and word processing, specifically Microsoft Office
- Understanding of budget management
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a higher education environment with working knowledge of university budgeting and finances
- Experience with web content management systems and Financial Software

Conditions of Appointment:
- Position is a full-time University Staff appointment
- Work hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
- May have the option to work on-campus or a hybrid schedule subject to approved telecommuting request
- Occasional evening and/or weekend work is expected to support the Cofrin School of Business programs and events
Benefits:
