We are currently seeking a full-time Youth and Family Specialist to join our SELF (Support, Education, Life Skills, and Family) initiative serving the Brown County area. This role involves providing structured support and supervision, engaging in skill-building activities, offering life skills education, and facilitating parenting education and recreational opportunities for adults, families, and at-risk youth in various settings, including their homes and schools.

The position requires flexibility in scheduling, as service needs may arise during evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of family dynamics, including issues related to abuse, neglect, and social challenges. We value candidates who demonstrate a non-judgmental, culturally competent approach and can effectively engage with families from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications for this role include a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth is essential. Additionally, a valid Wisconsin Driver's License, reliable transportation, required auto insurance, and a clean driving record are necessary. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
