About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Service Associate to join our team at The Bartell Drug Company. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting Store Associates with daily tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks, including receiving and stocking procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Tend to merchandising tasks, including plan-o-gram execution and visual merchandising.
  • Perform regular inventory inspections and ensure that store inventory is properly rotated and maintained.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates.
  • Design and implement a monthly schedule to optimize workflow and ensure efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
