Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified finance associate with 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in representing administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in:

  • Club and broadly syndicated credit facilities
  • Acquisition financings
  • Private credit facilities
Essential Qualifications

Applicants should have a strong background in:

  • Negotiating and drafting credit agreements
  • Creating debt commitment letters
  • Formulating term sheets
  • Drafting security agreements and closing deliverables, including:
    • Secretary's certificates
    • Resolutions
    • Legal opinions
    • Schedules and exhibits

Experience in representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is advantageous.

Additionally, a strong academic background with exceptional drafting skills is essential, along with a willingness to assume significant responsibilities in deal management and client interactions.

Licensing Requirements

Admission to one or more state bars is mandatory, with prior admission to the Texas bar being a plus.
