About the Practice: The Finance practice group excels in representing administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers across a spectrum of financing arrangements, including club and broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting on behalf of administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, debt commitment letters, term sheets, security agreements, and closing documents, such as secretary's certificates, resolutions, legal opinions, schedules, and exhibits
  • Overseeing transactions, engaging with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services
  • Providing legal guidance to private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in finance law, with significant exposure to credit facilities and acquisition financings
