  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including preparation methods, ingredients, and seasonality of dishes, maintain an extensive understanding of wine varietals and food pairing principles, and confidently recommend wines and beverages to complement each course.
  • Restaurant Operations: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, follow established service protocols for food and beverage presentation and clearance, process payments accurately and efficiently, and collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and wine, including food pairing principles.
