Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate fine dining server to deliver exceptional service to our discerning clientele at Fixins Soul Kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of food and wine, impeccable presentation skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming and professionally greeting guests, efficiently seating and sectioning guests, and presenting menus with detailed knowledge and answering questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and food pairings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing attentive and unobtrusive service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and met.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for guests.
  • Following established service protocols for food and beverage presentation and clearance.
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and wine, including food pairing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
