Job Summary:

We're seeking a friendly and attentive Dining Room Server to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for serving residents meals, taking orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve residents meals and take orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the following meal.
  • Inform residents about the day's menu and address their food and beverage preferences.
  • Prepare beverages before meals and serve the beverage of choice to each resident.
  • Keep water glasses and coffee cups filled throughout the meal.
  • Clear tables as needed and bus tables after the meal is finished.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information and community operations.
  • Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn and help others.
  • Enjoyment in working with older adults.
  • Some experience in food service is preferred.
