Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Eligibility Representative to join our team at ASK Consulting. As an Eligibility Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating open enrollment files and file maintenance with automated eligibility processing.

About the Role:

  • Manage Automated Eligibility Maintenance: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end automated eligibility maintenance process for existing clients, leveraging automated eligibility file feeds to ensure the health of files and overall book of business.
  • Client Communication: You will work with internal and external clients to complete all documentation required for the open enrollment process, load final files into production, and generate reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify process improvement opportunities and drive results with third-party vendors to ensure timely access to care for clients/customers.
  • Tracking and Reporting: You will update all tracking tools, including Salesforce and Vista, with deliverables, completion dates, and status of accounts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant working experience, 2+ years of healthcare experience with medical insurance knowledge/terminology and experience in patient access preferred.
  • Skills: Strong client/customer-centric focus, ability to work directly with clients, brokers, and third-party vendors in a client-facing role, strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills, demonstrated ability to learn and apply knowledge, ability to manage multiple and divergent priorities, proficiency with multiple software and system-based applications, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
