Ally Building Solutions is a premier provider of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and window treatment products, along with expert installation services and design studio solutions tailored for new home builders.

We are currently seeking a skilled Cabinetry Service and Repair Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on executing repairs across various product lines, with an emphasis on cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service or warranty repairs, adjustments, or replacements for newly installed cabinetry and other products to meet customer expectations.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Ally's cabinetry offerings.
  • Assess warranty or service issues through inspections as requested by customer service.
  • Repair, replace, or adjust laminate countertops.
  • Repair, replace, or adjust cabinetry and its components.
  • Address repairs for crown moldings, trims, and toe kicks.
  • Touch up and restore paint and stain finishes on cabinetry.
  • Provide assistance in the warehouse as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance departmental and company performance.
  • Safely operate essential power tools, including miter boxes, table saws, jigsaws, and powered drills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field service within the construction industry.
  • Expertise in cabinetry and flooring/wall tile repairs, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with homeowners and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and email, with the capacity to learn company-specific software for scheduling and job management.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.
