About the Position

A Creative Visual Leader serves as the conceptual and artistic architect of brand narratives, collaborating closely with a Copywriter to implement the creative and marketing vision for all designated projects. This role requires a blend of visual and verbal proficiency, along with the ability to present ideas effectively. The Creative Visual Leader actively engages with a diverse project team and external collaborators, reporting to the creative lead for each project as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate intimately with the creative lead to transform the team's visual ideas into reality.
  • Maintain regular communication with Account Services, Strategy, and Project Management teams to ensure all outputs and timelines are adhered to.
  • Assist the creative lead in showcasing work to clients.
  • Engage in a variety of design initiatives across print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Offer multiple design interpretations for a specific brief.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay informed about trends in advertising, design, and social media.
  • Continuously learn new skills and software as required.
  • Create presentation materials for new business opportunities.
  • Partner with copywriters to produce innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in an advertising or design agency.
  • Strong grasp of social and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional design sensibility, versatility in styles, and awareness of design trends and innovations.
  • Proficient in AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro is highly preferred.
  • Solid skills in typography and layout.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts from a recognized university is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously to complete projects.
  • Capability to provide and present a portfolio of recent work.
