Your Role:

As a hands-on art director, you will possess deep executable skills in all Creative Cloud software. Your approach will be quick, intelligent, and strategic, backed by an exceptional eye for detail and taste.

The Position

Your primary objective is to enhance all aspects of our projects by developing creative solutions that are both strategy-driven and visually captivating. You will be tasked with understanding briefs and delivering three strong conceptual directions that align with the brief's goals, providing clear strategies and visual solutions. Responsibilities include creating adcepts, mockups, mood boards, storyboards, directing on set, and supervising post-production with retouching and editing notes. You will lead the creative development process from inception to completion, engaging in various aspects such as brand development, packaging design, content creation for still life, model shoots, CGI, 3D motion graphics, websites, social assets, and events.

Key Responsibilities

1) Art Direction:

a) Spearhead and manage art direction for projects of varying scales, integrating brand design, copy, art, and digital technology.

b) Oversee and review the creative team's work for all web, print, and digital marketing needs.

c) Lead the creative concepting and execution of visually-rich solutions driven by strategy.

d) Produce intelligent, bold, and innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences.

e) Present final concepts and secure approvals for deliverables.

f) Deliver presentations with enthusiasm and energy.

2) Strategic Leadership:

a) Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing thought leadership to develop innovative and actionable initiatives.

3) Art Department Oversight:

a) Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in developing messaging and creative deliverables.

b) Prioritize work and resources across projects based on immediate and long-term needs, collaborating with team members to develop schedules.

c) Review and approve art produced by the team, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

d) Ensure all copy-related work undergoes proper review and approval processes.

4) Growth Initiatives:

a) Assist with the visual and presentation approach of pitch materials, ensuring proper review and adherence to deadlines.

b) Support production and coordination of shoots.

c) Conduct weekly meetings with agency executives to align on projects and future pitches.

Qualifications:

  • Eight years of relevant experience, with at least five years as an Art Director in an agency or leading brand.
  • Experience in creating marketing and advertising campaigns from vision development to production oversight.
  • Proficiency in integrated content creation across all marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to develop successful concepts.
  • Strong leadership skills with a diverse creative team.
  • Creative vision aligned with business objectives.

Essential Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with AI resources and tools to enhance creative development.
  • Proficient in Gsuite and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of agency services and asset management tools.

Additional Information:
