Database Administrator Opportunity

Delphi-US is seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Providence, RI. As a key member of our Pandemic Recovery Office, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting financial, key performance indicator, and other data for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial and key performance indicator reporting in PowerBI dashboards
  • Coordinate with the Division of Information Technology on data verification and extraction
  • Work with the Grants Management Office to incorporate projects into the Grants Management System
  • Maintain various reports, such as the Planned Expenditure Remaining Report, for posting to SharePoint
  • Collect and clean monthly financial and key performance indicators data for reporting to internal and external constituencies
  • Support the quarterly U.S. Treasury reporting process by ensuring data accuracy and proper formatting
  • Develop and maintain dashboard and project performance reporting packages for the Director
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Information, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a data manager
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience with Power BI for developing dashboards
