Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Systems Project Coordinator. As a key member of our HR team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including the implementation of new HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with cross-functional teams to discuss project requirements and progress
  • Assist in creating project status updates and presentation decks for steering committee and other meetings
  • Maintain and update the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, organizing, and submitting project requirements
  • Document and maintain project processes
  • Create test plans and test scripts
  • Organize and manage the testing effort

Requirements:

  • In-process of a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Data Science, Project Management, Library Sciences, Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field
  • Analytical skills and mindset
  • Ability to take technical concepts and translate them to visuals for non-technical audience
  • Interest in HR Systems, Data Science, or Project Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) and Project Management Tools (such as Sharepoint, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (legal, HR, IT)
  • Excellent organizational skills
