Penco Electric & Generators is the fastest-growing electrical services contractor and Generac generator dealer in the Chicagoland area. We are seeking a Salesperson to join our collaborative and dynamic team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys supporting the team within a fast-paced and positive work environment where you thrive in interactions with customers and colleagues. The Salesperson plays a vital role as the central facilitator to help advance leads and opportunities through the sales process stages:
  • Functionality across the entire home sales process, including project estimates
  • Responsible for visiting consumer homes, conducting In-Home Consultations, creating an estimate for generator installation solutions, and following up to close sales
  • Outreach and communication with prospective customers to advance the sales process, as well as updates on project statuses and requirements 
  • Assist in the creation of new marketing material, various special projects within sales and marketing, and analysis and preparation of marketing and sales performance reports
  • Collaborate with a marketing agency on email marketing and digital advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and manage CRM
 We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
  • High School Diploma required, additional education is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or related function
  • Experience in home services business (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Generators)
  • Proficiency using various technology platforms: MS Office, Client Relationship Management (CRM), and Google Suite (knowledge of Mailchimp, Insightly, ServiceTitan, Hoovers is a plus)
