Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, delivering personalized care and attention.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring the highest level of dignity and respect.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, collaborating with the care team to address resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
