Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Winter Park Resort. As a key member of our Lodging Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to all guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out, room assignments, and guest communication.
  • Utilize HotSOS work order system to log and complete guest requests, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of reservations policies, room locations, and cancellation policies.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, resort staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Perform daily tasks, including reconciling petty cash, maintaining lobby and entryway cleanliness, and restocking towels and supplies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education desired.
  • Minimum one year of experience in hotel, lodging, resort, or hospitality industries, or call center environment.
  • Experience using Springer-Miller System (SMS), HotSOS, and Zingle preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License and clean motor vehicle record preferred.
Working Conditions

This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis, and have the ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and speaking.
