Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer and Supplier Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data and manage files in a secure and organized manner.
  • Appointment Coordination: Monitor and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth scheduling and minimize disruptions.
  • Event Planning: Organize meetings and events to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support in the office, including tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A completed apprenticeship as an office clerk or a comparable qualification in the commercial field is required.
  • Experience: Professional experience in the office and administration sector is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Good organizational skills, a structured way of working, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential.
  • Language Skills: Good German language skills in speaking and writing are required.
