  • Work closely with account executives and production staff to ensure client billing is prompt and accurate.
  • Create, review, and process invoices accurately and timely, verifying coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ensure client payments are received in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Experience working with unique project billings is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
