**About the Role**

Associated Electric Cooperative is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate employee records, including data management for new hires, departures, position and pay changes.
  • Lead testing and implementation of new feature releases in our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, develop and monitor reports and dashboards.
  • Plan and facilitate a robust student program, including sourcing talent, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and assimilating to the organization and industry, and offboarding.
  • Complete projects and administrative tasks to support strategic staffing, employee relations, performance management and HR compliance initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work or military experience.
  • 3 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of human resources concepts and HCM systems. Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Proven experience in performing complex administrative functions and leading projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to troubleshoot systems and data issues and build basic reports.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Teams and SharePoint is preferred.
