We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Property Manager to join our team at Distinct Property Management in Dallas, TX.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in property management, with a strong focus on leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet company objectives
  • Lead and manage onsite leasing & maintenance staff
  • Build relationships with leadership and ownership
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage resources, projects, and budgets

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced Property Manager with 5+ years of consecutive Property Management experience
  • MUST BE Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills
  • Committed to long-term growth and stability
