Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Healthcare Operations Manager at Brookdale Lakeway. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community.
  • Conduct periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
  • Assist in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, and provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis.
  • Oversee and manage the associates' schedules.
  • Shares on-call duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • LPN or LVN license.
