Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Operations Manager to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our comprehensive supply chain and logistics strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust supply chain strategy aimed at boosting efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders to refine supply chain processes.
- Monitor supplier performance to guarantee timely product delivery.
- Analyze data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures.
- Manage inventory levels to align with customer demand while reducing carrying costs.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Cultivate relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Time supplier deliveries to sustain desired inventory levels and optimize cash flow.
- Work alongside Strategic Sourcing to identify potential and existing key suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers to ensure a robust supplier network.
- Monitor supplier performance, assessing capacity and adherence to quality and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with Cost Estimators and Program Managers to maintain standard cost targets.
- Prepare periodic cost reconciliation reports tracking labor and supply cost fluctuations.
- Implement and uphold Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all company policies.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience required.
- Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years in procurement and material planning.
- Familiarity with AS9100, AS9102, and commercial aircraft contract requirements.

Skills:
- Proficient in MRP systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Strong command of MS Office, ERP systems, mathematics, and statistics.
- Experience leading teams in procurement or material planning.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, fostering positive relationships with vendors and customers.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Access, and SQL is advantageous.
