Key Responsibilities
  • Support associate veterinarians with medical procedures and patient care
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members
  • Assist with daily tasks, including managing wait lists and processing prescriptions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a veterinary technician or assistant
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Genuine passion for animal care and ability to work well under pressure
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly pay rate: $28-$34
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance covered at 90%
  • Paid time off: 120 hours per year (3 weeks)
