In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, working closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget completion.

Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and monitoring project progress and budget.

You will also provide technical guidance and support to construction staff, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Monitor project progress and budget, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction staff.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in construction management, with a focus on data center construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary:$93,100 per year.

Travel Requirements:This role requires regular travel, approximately 80% of the time.
